About Us

Our goal is providing entertainment venue consulting services; create spectacular entertainment experiences and educational awareness in the field of entertainment. Our reputation is- we make “IT” happen – even against insurmountable odds.

Our drive to making “IT” happen is built on the foundation laid by the legendary songwriters and performer Nobel Sissel and Eubie Blake, who’s energy and commitment were instrumental in breaking segregation barriers and catapulting the career of Josephine Baker. Earl Ciccel, president of Full Armor Media & Entertainment and descendant of Nobel Sissel has the passion to continue to design venues and produce events that create spectacular and memorable experiences for audiences nationally and internationally. Together, he and his wife, Denise have over 45 years of entertainment industry experience.

Facility Operations & Management

We are the current management and operations team for Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club in Bethesda, MD. We’ve also directed, programmed, marketed and managed several venues in including: Celebrity Theatre – Phoenix, AZ & Anaheim, CA; Chene Park Riverfront Amphitheatre – Detroit, MI; The Forum – Inglewood, CA and Oasis Dinner Theatre (inside Hollywood Palladium). Created The Fabulous Forum Theatre, an ‘up-close and personal’ configuration inside The Forum, as well as heading the operational services for the entire facility: sound, lights, video, entertainment programming, staffing, vendors and technical services and support. We produce A-level special events such as the Community Plaza for the Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles .

Production and Technical Services

We purchase and manage millions of dollars in production equipment for venues with capacities ranging from 500-17,000. We have well established relationships with major concert production companies that allows us to structure and negotiate affordable purchase/lease agreements on the state-of-the-art sound, lighting and video equipment for: Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club, Chene Park, The Forum, City of Refuge Church (Gardena, CA), and Faithful Central Bible Church.

Talent negotiations are among the hallmarks of our company. We are the current exclusive talent booker for Bethesda Blues & Jazz Supper Club.
